K-WAY | ARNAUD JERALD
Beneath the surface
Arnaud Jerald is one of the youngest and most talented freedivers in the world.
Born in Marseille in 1996, he reached 100 meters in depth on a single breath at just 21, becoming the youngest freediver to ever achieve this milestone. Since then, he has continued to push boundaries, winning international medals and setting new world records—including a 122-meter dive in 2023 at the prestigious Vertical Blue competition in the Bahamas, in the Constant Weight Bi-Fins discipline.

Arnaud's connection with the sea began in childhood, exploring the rocky coastlines of southern France with his father. But it was during a trip to Tahiti that he discovered a new perspective on the underwater world — its beauty, but also its fragility.
Beneath the Surface: K-WAY joins world champion freediver Arnaud Jerald in a journey beneath the surface - not just of the ocean, but of human potential.
This video project explores what lies behind the final dive: the silence before the descent, the discipline, the repetition, the mental clarity required to reach impossible depths. Arnaud doesn’t chase records. He chases balance, presence, and a deeper understanding of himself - the true conditions for performance at the edge.
It's in this space between control and surrender that greatness begins.
